These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Service Terms

Purchases and Financial Conditions

  • Invoices: Think Wellbeing issues invoices for completed work, which are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment should be made via Banks Automated Clearing System (BACS).
  • Late Payments: Pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, payments not received within 30 days are subject to a £40 reminder fee per invoice and interest at 8% above the Bank of England’s base rate.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • No charges for cancellations made 5 or more days before the scheduled service date.
    • A 50% charge applies for cancellations made between 2 and 5 days prior to the scheduled service date.
    • Cancellations within 2 working days of the scheduled service date will incur the full service charge.
  • Working Hours: Think Wellbeing operates between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Services provided outside these hours may incur additional charges, including accommodation and travel expenses, if applicable.
  • Mileage Allowance Payments (MAPs): Travel costs are reimbursed at the HMRC-approved rate of 45p per mile.
  • Contract Terms: All quotations and orders are subject to these terms and conditions, which take precedence over any client terms unless expressly agreed in writing by Think Wellbeing.
